Refund policy

At KinestheticLab, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact support at hello@kinestheticlab.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the return arriving at our facility.

Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or not in original packaging may not be eligible for return. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
